Carton and Bartley Speak on the Use of Social Media in Employment Practices at Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) event
On May 6, 2016, Jeff Carton and Myles Bartley led a CLE event for the Association of Corporate Counsel’s Westchester/Southern Connecticut chapter (formerly Westfacca), regarding the Use of Social Media in Employment Decisions. Along with fellow panelists Marc Milano (Division General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, AFCO, part of BB&T) and Marcelo Modica (Chief People Officer, Mercer), Jeff and Myles discussed the use of social media in all facets of employment practices, from hiring through termination.
