As an experienced civil litigator, Chris has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in Federal, state, and municipal courts throughout New York and Arizona. During that time, Chris has handled a diverse range of matters, including professional malpractice, commercial and business disputes, catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and regulatory enforcement actions brought against physicians and medical providers.
Chris graduated with honors from the University of San Diego School of Law. While awaiting admission to practice law, Chris served as a corporate officer for a computer manufacturing startup where he was responsible for corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and litigation management. Once admitted to the bar, Chris focused his exclusive attention on trial and appellate advocacy in the Courtroom.
On the plaintiffs’ side, Chris helped obtain numerous verdicts and settlements, including a multi-million-dollar award for a missed cancer diagnosis. On the defense side, Chris has helped secure numerous dismissals, including claims for malpractice and fraud against an architect concerning the supposedly defective design of an up-scale home.
