Stan Sharovskiy is an experienced commercial litigator and has represented clients in a wide variety of legal matters including complex business disputes, trade secret litigation, corporate disputes, claims arising from the enforcement of post-employment covenants, fraud claims, breach of contract claims, as well as a broad array of arbitration claims before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”). Stan is also an experienced civil litigator, with a strong background in the fields of personal injury, medical malpractice, and constitutional civil rights.
Having litigated, mediated, and settled cases from both sides of the aisle, in state and federal court, Stan brings his unique perspective and experience to every case with an eye towards a winning disposition.
Stan is a graduate of the Hofstra University School of Law, with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Criticism from Hunter College. In his spare time, Stan enjoys literary fiction, creative writing, classical history, combat sports, and is an avid chess player and enthusiast.
