Westchester Corporate Cup 5k Race
The Westchester Corporate Cup 5k Race is being held on August 4, 2022, at Glen Island Park in New Rochelle. The purely non-profit race promotes corporate team-building and gives great networking opportunities for participants while raising money for a worthy cause.
All proceeds from the event are given to HOPE Community Services. HOPE provides emergency food services, housing, and more to individuals in New Rochelle, New York. Each week night, the organization hosts around 100 meals at its soup kitchen and maintains one of the largest food pantries in the county. Since 2015, the race has raised over $40,000 for this notable charity.
The Pan-Mass Challenge
The Pan-Mass Challenge is a forty-year-old time-honored Massachusetts tradition. Beginning August 6, thousands of cyclists will embark upon a one or two-day journey across the state. Cyclists choose from 16 different routes ranging in difficulty.
The annual bike-a-thon raises more money for charity than any other single athletic event nationwide. 100% of rider-raised funds are given to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. To date, the Pan-Mass Challenge has raised over $831 million for cancer research.
Uniformed Firefighters Association – Local 107
At Denlea & Carton, we are honored to support our local heroes. The Uniformed Firefighters Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of New York City firefighters. The Association works to obtain better working conditions for its members, including increased pay, better benefits, and more legal protections.
